I often feel that being a parent is more about trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t. Noah, my oldest is one of the brightest kids that I have ever been around, and I am not saying that because I am his father. We have had to get through the kindergarten after-school meltdowns and have to realize that if we sit him down for a snack and then take him out to play that he is much more of a pleasant kid at the dinner table. I think I am beginning to understand what I put my parents through as a child. This post has nothing to do with really anything but to let those of you who follow my blog that I am learning what works and what doesn’t.
What is working for you as a parent? I would love to hear about it.
